Global Clothes Manufacturing is a manufacturing company that is spread out all across the globe. The company has manufacturing units in Pakistan and a wide business network in many parts of the world. The company specializes in the production of high-quality casual and formal clothing items. By using our services, you agree to these terms and conditions in their entirety.
We will make every effort to produce your clothing items to the highest standards. We reserve the right to make changes to the production process if necessary, provided that these changes do not negatively affect the quality of the finished product.
We will deliver your clothing items to the agreed-upon location within the agreed-upon timeframe. If you are unable to accept delivery of the goods at the agreed-upon time, we reserve the right to charge you for any additional costs incurred as a result.
We only accept returns of clothing items if they are faulty or not as described. If you believe that your clothing items need to be fixed or as described, you must notify us within 7 days of receipt of the goods. Global Clothes Manufacturing creates custom orders and any returns will be only be accepted if there is a production fault.
All intellectual property rights in our designs, including trademarks, copyrights, and patents, are owned by us. You may not use our designs without our prior written consent.
