The first phase thoroughly aims to capture the client’s vision. We assess our clients’ needs and comprehensively understand what inspires them to recommend the best solution possible.
Design & Quotation
We furnish a sampling and estimated production quotation after finalizing the garment’s design, size, material, and other crucial aspects. If the client requires support in determining the particulars of their product, our company can provide services for development. Our team can collaborate to develop CADS, tech packs, and size charts.
Sampling
If a sample is requested, a nominal fee will be charged to cover postage and sample production costs. Once the sample is approved, the fee charged to produce the sample will be adjusted in the production cost. We always begin with a sample to ensure that all aspects of the garment design and sizing are approved before proceeding with a bulk order. The sample will accurately represent the finished product in terms of branding, sizing, and materials.
Production Order
After approval, the client will receive an order form for review. The order form will contain details such as the design, composition, colors, sample comments, fit comments, size breakdown, and product finishing.
Material Sourcing
We will promptly commence the garment manufacturing process after obtaining your approval of the order form. The initial step is to procure the required fabric or initiate fabric production if it is custom-made.
Pattern Creation
Next, we create patterns for each size using the approved final measurements.
Fabric Cutting
Once the fabric has been received and the patterns have been created and verified, we will cut the fabric for each panel.
Stitching
All panels will be stitched together to complete the garment production. The printed designs and embroidered work is approved before final stitching commences.
Garment Finishing
After finalizing the product, the garments are ironed, and tags are added for the relevant branding.
Quality Check Services
In addition to our in-house quality control department, we also allow external companies to inspect the stitching, sizing, prints, embroidery, and overall garment quality before granting us approval to package the finished product.
Packaging
The garments are individually packaged and boxed, ready to send to the given delivery address.
Freight & Shipping
Afterwards, we will decide on the various freight options and corresponding prices for the order before initiating the delivery process. We will furnish packing lists, dimensions, and weights if the client prefers their freight agent.
